Crowell & Moring has hired a new head for its London corporate practice with the addition of a partner from DLA Piper.
Jonathan Lisle handles M&A and private equity work with a specific focus on the healthcare sector. He led the European health practice at DLA and had held a similar position at his previous firm CMS Cameron McKenna.
He has acted for the likes of GE Capital, GE Healthcare, Fidelity and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
