King & Spalding has added a structured finance and derivatives partner to its London practice.
Thomas Jones joins the financial institutions and finance practice from Allen & Overy. He focuses on commodities, equity, credit and foreign exchange based products and acquisition finance. He has worked at Allen & Overy at London and Hong Kong.
King & Spalding has added a number of new partners recently across finance and corporate including finance partner Elisabeth Baltay from Bingham McCutchen, and capital markets specialists Tom O’Neill from Linklaters and Markus Bauman from Latham & Watkins.
