Proskauer Rose has hired a new finance partner in its London office.
Alexander Griffith joins the firm from DLA Piper. He focuses on leveraged and acquisition finance, refinancings and restructurings, acting for lenders and sponsors.
The move follows other recent hires for the firm in London including the addition of private equity and investment funds specialist Bruno Bertrand-Delfau from Baker & McKenzie and M&A lawyer James Howe from Kirkland & Ellis.
