Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has expanded its Italian structured finance team with the addition of a new partner in Rome.
Annalisa Dentoni-Litta joins the team from Allen & Overy. She focuses on covered bonds and securitisation work including RMBS, consumer loans and healthcare receivables matters.
She is recognised as an IFLR1000 Leading lawyer, with one client referee highlighting her "good knowledge of the subject" and "excellent negotiation skills".
Before joining Allen & Overy, Dentoni-Litta had worked at Shearman & Sterling. She is qualified in both Italy and New York.
