Jones Day has enhanced its London project finance practice with the addition of a new partner.
Nick Collins joins the practice from the Abu Dhabi office of Latham & Watkins. He advises borrowers, lenders and sponsors on energy, mining and telecoms financings and also handles debt capital markets and M&A matters.
Collins has acted on a variety of LNG projects in Qatar and Nigeria and has also taken roles on aluminium plant financings in Qatar, Mozambique and Russia.
