Malaysian law firm Chua Associates has strengthened its corporate department with the hire of a partner and consultant.
Partner Lynette Yeow joins from Kadir Andri & Partners alongside consultant Saheran Suhendran.
Yeow is specialised in corporate and commercial transactions and corporate advisory work handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities regulation, equity capital markets, private equity and REITs. Suhendran was previously managing partner and senior litigator at Kadir Andri & Partners and joins with a team of litigation associates.
Established in 2010, Chua Associates was founded by partner Chua See Hua as specialist corporate and commercial firm.
