Özdirekcan Dündar Şenocak - the Turkish associated firm of Gide Loyrette Nouel - has announced the arrival of a new counsel in its finance team.
Erkan Ayaz, who joins from Yegin Ciftci, is an experienced banking and finance lawyer with specialties in project finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, Islamic finance, real estate finance, asset finance and structured finance.
He brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the Turkish market and has worked on a number of key transactions in that time.
