Cederquist has represented a syndicate of banks in connection with a new five-year SEK 1,500 million loan agreement with several of Scandinavia’s largest banks, in addition to the SEK 1,500 million revolving credit facility agreement signed in September 2014. The total loan facilities from this group of banks now amount to SEK 3,000 million.
