Morgan & Morgan represented Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, as initial purchaser, and Cirsa Funding Luxembourg S.A., as issuer, in the offering of €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.875% senior notes due 2023. The notes will be guaranteed by Cirsa Gaming Corporation, .S.A, and, among others, Gaming & Services de Panamá, S.A.
