Morgan Lewis & Bockius has significantly strengthened its structured finance and securitisation team in London with the addition of a three partner team from K&L Gates.
Matthew Duncan acts primarily on structured finance transactions, RMBS and covered bond matters. Julian Goodman focuses on real estate finance including CMBS and RMBS matters in addition to sector specific M&A. Paul Matthews is a derivatives lawyer advising on transactions and general regulatory advice.
The trio joined K&L Gates from Sidley Austin in 2012 along with Sean Crosky who moved across from Norton Rose Fulbright.
