Willkie Farr & Gallagher has made a significant addition to its funds team with the hire of O'Melveny & Myers' London office head.
Solomon Wifa, a private equity funds specialist had been with O'Melveny since 2004, becoming London managing partner in 2013. He joins the asset management team at Willkie and also acts on mezzanine, infrastructure, real estate and energy fund matters.
The move represents O'Melveny's second loss in London in 2015 following the move of Daniel Oates to Fried Frank in January.
