Proskauer Rose has added capacity to its London M&A practice with the addition of a new partner.
James Howe joins the team from Kirkland & Ellis and will work alongside legacy SJ Berwin partner Steven Davis in the private equity team. His focus is on financial services and tech M&A.
The move respresents the latest departure from Kirkland who lost a trio of funds partners to Fried Frank last month.
