Hogan Lovells has enhanced its leveraged finance team in London with the addition of a high yield partner from Dentons.
Sylvain Dhennin, a New York qualified lawyer and former Gide Loyrette Nouel senior associate, focuses on high yield offerings primarily acting on the bank side. His clients include the likes of JPMorgan, Citigroup, Kabel Deutschland and Faurecia.
He joins an eight strong London debt capital markets team at Hogan Lovells.
