Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson has hired three high profile funds partners from US rival Kirkland & Ellis in London.

Mark Mifsud, Kate Downey and Alexandra Conroy, all private funds specialists, have made the move following former colleague and private equity specialist Graham White who is the firm's new UK managing partner.

The trio, all legacy SJ Berwin alumni, act on private equity, infrastructure and real estate funds, with Mifsud and Downey recognised as Leading lawyers by the IFLR1000.

Fried Frank has been focusing on the private equity sphere since its London launch and in January 2015 hired M&A partner Daniel Oates from O'Melveny & Myers.
