BVI-headquartered Forbes Hare is set to launch a new Singapore office on July 1 after gaining a licence to practice as a foreign law practice.
The firm which provides BVI (British Virgin Islands) and Cayman Islands legal and fiduciary services will be co-led by newly promoted partner Sam Robertson.
Corporate partner Jose Santos said in a statement that the Singapore launch was in response to “a marked growth in demand from Asian clients” across the firm’s practice groups.
Forbes Hare has now become the eighth offshore firm to open in Singapore.
