White & Case has completed the hire of a corporate and M&A lawyer in Milan.
Leonardo Graffi joins the firm as a local partner from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He advises on M&A and private equity matters and is dual qualified in Italy and New York.
His primary sector expertise is in banking, insurance, automotive, aviation and energy.
Before joing Freshfields he had spent time in New York with Simpson Thacher and at Italian independent Macchi di Cellere Gangemi.
