Two Estonian lawyers have left their respective firms and started up a new corporate boutique operation.
Piret Jesse and Tanel Kalaus left Tark Grunte Sutkiene (TGS) and Raidla Lejins & Norcous (RLN) respectively to establish the new firm Jesse & Kalaus.
Jesse, formerly with Lawin, had spent the last 11 years with TGS and was promoted to partner in January of this year, just one month before leaving the firm. Kalaus, meanwhile, had spent almost 15 years with RLN and was a senior associate prior to leaving.
