The South African office of international firm Hogan Lovells has announced the arrival of a new corporate partner.
Jeff Buckland, an experienced M&A and equity capital markets partner, joined the firm from local firm Webber Wentzel where he had been for more than 13 years.
Buckland is an experienced lawyer in transactional work, IPOs, takeovers, corporate restructuring, hybrid securities, intra-group transactions, outsourcing and private equity. He has extensive experience in industries as diverse as financial services, telecommunications and food and drink.
