Allen & Overy’s South African office has announced the hiring of a new partner in its project finance team.
Jason van der Poel joins the firm from the Johannesburg office of leading African firm Webber Wentzel where he had been for 10 years.
He had also previously worked in Allen & Overy’s Amsterdam office and as a candidate attorney for South African firm Bowman Gilfillan.
