The Amsterdam office of Simmons & Simmons has announced the arrival of a new capital markets partner.
Peter Voorhees joins the team from magic circle firm Linklaters where he had been since 2004. He was previously with Allen & Overy in Amsterdam and prior to that with Mayer Brown in New York.
He brings with him more than 15 years of experience in legal practice and is particularly skilled advising on medium-term notes, commercial paper and structured finance programmes, bond issues, liability management transactions and equity-related issues.
