DJBW - Daniłowicz Jurcewicz Biedecki & Partners has hired a new head of banking and finance.
Michał Jasiński joins the firm from his own solo practice. He hads previously worked in the foreign investments department at Magellan Pro-Equity Fund and prior to that worked at Baker & McKenzie Krzyzowski.
He advises primarily on banking and finane matters but also handles M&A work and restructuring and insolvency matters.
DJBW itself was formed from a merger between Daniłowicz Jurcewicz & Partners and Biedecki Biedecki & Partners in January 2014. The firm had focused on M&A and capital markets matters but will now expand into banking.
