Allen & Overy has enhanced its high-yield capacity in London through the hire of partner Matthias Baudisch from Cravath Swaine & Moore.
Baudisch is New York qualified and has experience in both debt and equity matters acting on LBOs, debt financings, IPOs, secondary offerings and M&A.
He has acted in the past for the likes of BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and Nomura.
He joins the UK high-yield team at Allen & Overy which is headed by Kevin Muzilla.
