Jadek & Pensa corporate specialist Boštjan Špec has announced that he is leaving the firm to set up his own practice.
He focuses on corporate and finance law and before his time at Jadek & Pensa spent some time at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
His new practice will cover finance, capital markets and derivatives matters, general regulatory, insolvency, M&A and arbitration.
