South East Europe regional firm Karanović & Nikolić has opened a new office in Ljubljana and hired finance and corporate partner Marko Ketler from ODI Law Firm Ilić to head the practice.
The new office is the firm's seventh and means that it now has a base in all the countries of the former Yugolslavia, including bases in both political entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Ketler himself is a corporate lawyer focused on M&A and restructuring. He also handles finance and regulatory work. He had been with ODI since joining in 2012 from Rojs Peljhan Prelesnik & partners.
