Tay & Partners (T&P) has hired a partner in Kuala Lumpur to boost its corporate practice.
Mohd Khairil Ezane has joined the firm from Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill in the Malaysian capital.
Ezane’s practice covers corporate finance, capital markets - including bond and sukuk issues - private finance initiatives, company and debt restructuring.
He also specialises in Islamic and conventional financing across local conventional and Islamic banks, investment banks, private and public businesses, and government-linked companies.
