Indian law firm J Sagar Associates (JSA) has opened its seventh office in India. The Ahmedabad office started its operations on January 1 2015.
The new office is headed by equity partner Bijal Chhatrapati. A senior lawyer with three decades of experience, Chhatrapati was previously with Singhi & Co and specialises in dispute resolution, M&A, and corporate commercial work.
The move follows the opening of JSA’s Chennai office in April 2014.
JSA was founded by Chairman Jyoti Sagar in 1991 and has over 340 lawyers including 80 partners at offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi and now Ahmedabad.
