Wierzbowski Eversheds has added to its corporate capacity in Warsaw with the addition of a new partner.
Ewa Szlachetka joins the team from Polish domestic Gessel where she headed the M&A team.
Her practice is focused around M&A transactions for public companies and private equity and venture capital firms.
Managing partner Krzysztof Wierzbowski said of the move: "While continuing our work on international transactions, including within the Eversheds network, we have decided to increase our activity on the local SME market, where we perceive opportunities for growth of our business as the number of local M&A deals is steadily growing.
