Indonesian law firm Rosetini & Partners has entered into alliance with Nishimura & Asahi (N&A) - one of Japan’s largest law firms - by establishing an associate office in Jakarta.
Rosetini & Partners has a track record advising Japanese businesses in Indonesia and specialises in general and corporate M&A transactions in addition to restructuring and finance related work.
A previous statement said that the Indonesia practice will comprise of five N&A lawyers focused on M&A and corporate legal work, dispute resolution, anti-corruption and compliance.
