Mayer Brown JSM has strengthened its restructuring bankruptcy and insolvency (RBI) practice in Bangkok by co-locating senior consultant Ian Chapman to the firm’s Hong Kong and Bangkok offices. Chapman will assist partner Maythawee Sarathai in the practice.
The partner-turned-senior consultant has over three decades of insolvency experience in Southeast Asia and is highly recognised in the legal market.

"We’ve already brought back on board in Bangkok highly experienced RBI litigator, Pattanapong Srinarm, and now have a very strong team across our core Asia RBI markets with which to grow the practice further."
