Clifford Chance Badea, the Romanian branch of the 'magic circle' firm has lost a member of its corporate and finance teams.
Perry Zizzi, who has been with the firm since 2007 is set to leave the firm later this week. He focuses on M&A and acquisition finance and has a particular focus on real estate. He is US law qualified and registered as a foreign
Before joining Clifford Chance Badea, Zizzi had been at legacy Salans and, according to CEE legal news website CEE Legal Matters, it is expected that he will join the Bucharest office of Dentons, the outfit which was born out of a merger between his old firm, SNR Denton and Canadian outfit Fraser Milner Casgrain.
