DLA Piper has hired a new partner in Luxembourg as it looks to expand its corporate team.
Catherine Pogorzelski joins from leading firm Arendt & Medernach and focuses primarily on private equity, real estate and investment fund matters. Her appointment fits in with the firm’s wider aim of building its presence in the Luxembourg corporate market.
“The firm is committed to building the team in Luxembourg significantly and we are delighted to welcome a partner of Catherine's calibre to the team,” said Jean-Michel Detry, head of the Luxembourg team. “Catherine will permit us to develop our funds formation and funds management practice in Luxembourg.”
