Dechert in Luxembourg has announced the addition of a new partner to its Luxembourg finance practice.
Johan Terblanche, who joined the firm from Loyens & Loeff, brings with him almost 15 years of experience as a lawyer.
He advises managers and investors of investment funds, focusing specifically on alternative funds. He is also a member of the Association for Luxembourg Fund Industry and the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association.
