Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has added to its London finance capacity with a new partner hire.
Michael Crosby has joined the firm from Proskauer where he acted for funds, private equity houses and banks on leveraged finance matters in Europe the Middle East and North Africa.
Crosby will join the firm as head of the English law banking and finance practice group.
The hire comes shortly after the firm welcomed onboard corporate partner Shawn Atkinson (June 24).
