Caiazzo Donnini Pappalardo & Associati (CDP Studio Legale) has hired a new finance partner in its Rome office.
Giulio Tognazzi, a banking and finance specialist, joins the firm from from Chiomenti and will be tasked with launching the new finance practice at the firm, which has to date focused on M&A and regulatory work.
Also joining the team is associate Bruno Zerbini who makes the move from Studio Legale Beltramo.
The pair bring the firm's legal headcount to 17.
