Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners has hired two new finance partners from Paul Hastings in Italy in the forms of partner Alessandro Stoppa and counsel Alessio Giammarino.
Both are focused on real estate and project finance and restructurings and will move to the Italian outfit in June.
Stoppa is a former Bonelli Erede Papparlardo lawyer and joined Paul Hastings from Babcock & Brown. He has also worked for the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD)
