Squire Sanders has boosted its Polish private equity offering with the hire of a corporate of counsel from Dentons.
Michał Karwacki joins the team in Warsaw. He focuses on private equity and venture capital work.
Prior to joining Dentons he had been a senior associate at Clifford Chance.
