International firm Simmons & Simmons has announced the addition of a new corporate partner to its Amsterdam practice, bringing the total up to six.
Experienced lawyer Rob Hendriks joins the firm from Banning where he has spent the last 19 years and was most recently the head of the company law, M&A and corporate litigation practice group.
“Simmons & Simmons boasts a strong position in corporate transactions, domestically and internationally,” said Hendricks. “It is my ambition to play a leading role in its further expansion.”
Pieter van Uchelen, head of the corporate team, welcomed Hendriks and said his experience would be an excellent supplement to the current team.
