Belgian partner Barteld Schutyser has rejoined Eubelius from DLA Piper having previously been an associate partner with the firm from 2002-07.
Schutyser specialises in European and Belgian public law, with a high degree of specialisation in public procurement law, public-private partnerships (PPP) and regulatory litigation.
