Ashurst has hired Linklaters capital markets partner Francis Kucera to expand its London team.
Kucera, who will join the team in March 2014, specialises in securities and derivatives work with a particular focus on Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and has advised the Ministries of Finance of both the Czech Republic and the Ukraine in recent years on debt issues.
His hire brings the team’s numbers to four partners including recent Clifford Chance hire Derwin Jenkinson and the firm is looking to expand further in the coming months.
