Allen & Overy has enhanced its London private equity (PE) team with the hire of Karan Dinamani from Ashurst.
Dinamani focuses on M&A and corporate finance and has acted for the likes of Apax, Nordic Capital and Terra Firma in the past.
He is the second Ashurst partner to join the PE team at Allen & Overy in the last few months with Stephen Lloyd (now head of department at the magic circle firm) having made the same move in December 2013.
For its part the existing Allen & Overy team has recently acted for the likes of OMERS Private Equity; Doughty Hanson and Advent.
