White & Case’s new exclusive alliance partner in Romania, Bondoc & Asociaţii, has expanded with the addition of a new corporate M&A partner.

Mihaela Bondoc joins the Bucharest office from KPMG where she had spent the last years as a director. She advises on M&A, restructuring and real estate.

The firm has also added banking and capital markets associate Mihaela Vochineci from Deloitte and M&A junior associate Sandra Frunzulica from Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen.

Bondoc & Asociaţii was formed in January 2014 by Lucian Bondoc following the closure of White & Case’s Bucharest branch White & Case Pachiu.  Bondoc had been the co-executive partner at the old firm along with name partner Delia Pachiu. Pachiu herself is taking a break from law.

Bondoc will work in exclusive alliance with White & Case in Romania.
