Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has witnessed the resignations of three members of its London finance team in less than a week.

Real estate finance partners Andrew Fleming and Jo Solomon have left the firm allegedly for Hogan Lovells, though this is yet to be confirmed, while structured finance partner Lucy Oddy has left to join Latham & Watkins.

The latest departures are part of a series that have also seen the likes of Matthew Kellett, Lisa Marks and Michael Weir and Trevor Wood all depart the finance department in the last 12 months.

In addition on the real estate side, the announcements come just a month after Laurence Rogers and Richard Hopkinson-Woolley departed for DLA Piper.
