In this podcast, three of Dechert's award-winning partners offer insight into their D&I initiatives. As a leader in litigation and investigations we also explore how the firm assisted Airbus reach the first coordinated global settlement with UK, French and US authorities.

Caroline Black, who won Best in White Collar Crime for her work on the Airbus case spoke about the firm’s Global Women’s Initiative which includes soft skills training.

Katherine Helm’s expertise lies within intellectual property litigation in pharma and biotech, and she is a founder of the New York chapter of Chiefs in Intellectual Property (ChIPs) which supports women in technology, law and policy. She won Best in Patents at the Women in Business Law awards.

Meanwhile Aparna Sehgal, who leads on finance and real estate, spoke effusively about Dechert’s Sponsorship and Sustained Support (SASS) programme, enabling 31% of women associates to reach partnership.
