Anthony is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Banking & Finance team based in London. He has a wealth of experience in complex cross-border finance matters and is well regarded in the market. He acts for sponsors and their portfolio companies, borrowers, banks, direct lenders, and other alternative lenders on financing matters generally but with a particular focus on acquisition, leveraged and private equity finance, alternative credit and direct lending, and general corporate financings.
