A US private equity firms acquisition of a Greek
company signals eurozone fears are beginning to thaw, deal
counsel have said.
The October 5 agreement between New York-based Paine &
Partners and Eurodrip is evidence that buyers outside the EU
are starting to look at targets which, despite being in the
worst hit eurozone markets, can be decoupled from country
