Speakers confirmed for Structured Products & Derivatives Forum

An impressive line-up of speakers has been confirmed for the second IFLR Structured Products & Derivatives Forum at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London on February 9.

Darren Greenberg, director and senior legal counsel at RBS, and Ruari Ewing, director of regulatory policy and market practice at the International Capital Markets Association, will join David Hudd and James Doyle of Hogan Lovells to discuss the future of structured products at 2.30pm.

Earlier in the day, Timothy Hailes, chairman of the Joint Association on Retail Structured Products will talk about the Packaged Retail Investment Products initiative, Key Information Documents and complex versus non-complex products with Jeremy Jennings-Mares of Morrision & Foerster. In addition, Kate Lamburn of Bank of America Merill Lynch will compare Dodd-Frank, Mifid II and Emir with Peter Green of Morrison & Foerster.

Finally, at 11.20am Irving Henry, director of prudential capital and risk at the British Banker’s Association, will join James Warbey of Milbank to run through the impact of Basel III and CRD 4 on the industry.
