Slovenian offering may open floodgates for foreign listings

The first dual listing on the Ljubljana and Warsaw stock exchanges has closed.

The €104.3 million (£91.2 million) deal involved a rights offering to Slovenian shareholders and a rump offering to retail investors in Slovenia and Poland as well as institutional investors outside the US.
