Asian regulators must harmonise their stock exchange regulatory and corporate governance regimes to aid more exchange integration in the region.

Baker & McKenzie’s Sydney-based partner, Frank Castiglia believes the link-up of stock exchanges in the Asean [Association of South East Asian Nations] region set a precedent for the next stage in exchange integration.
