Tolulope Egbochue

Tolulope is a key member of the firm’s corporate commercial practice, where she advises on diverse corporate commercial transactions, including M&A, banking and finance, private equity, capital markets, corporate finance, corporate secretarial, and compliance, while also leading the firm’s data governance practice.

She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, and a chartered mediator and conciliator, certified by the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. Tolulope is also a chartered alternative dispute resolution registrar and secretary.

She has authored and co-authored several published articles concerning banking and finance, capital markets, and M&A.
