Tasha Tiensilakul

Tasha is an associate in the M&A practice group, with a strong focus on corporate, commercial, and cross-border transactions. She has advised local and international clients on a wide range of domestic and international M&A transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of businesses across diverse industry sectors such as hospitality, logistics, warehousing, food and beverage, education, healthcare, manufacturing, and energy. Tasha’s experience spans the full transaction life cycle, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and completion. She also advises on corporate restructuring, company establishment and dissolution, foreign investment, and the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts.
